I’m a girl who stepped into the hotel industry with big dreams. Many people believe that girls should have limited opportunities -- stay at home or marry a well-settled man. Some even say that hotel jobs are easy or cheap. But I want to tell those people one thing: the hotel industry is not just a job -- it’s a passion. It’s about providing care, comfort, and satisfaction to every guest who trusts our service and stays with us. Every profession plays a vital and crucial role in life. If a farmer thought farming was a low-income or unworthy job and stopped working, would people get food? Just like farming, every job deserves respect. No work is small -- what matters is the heart and dedication behind it....
