 Sometimes, life changes direction when we least expect it. When my mom went to a family function, I didn’t attend. At that function, some of our relatives — including my brother-in-law and a few of my sisters — were all from a hotel management background. During their conversations, my brother-in-law spoke about a particular college that was very famous and well-known for hotel management, with good exposure and career opportunities. He suggested that college to my mom and explained why it could be a great place for my future. After returning home, my mom shared everything with me. That moment made me realize how difficult and important it is to choose the right college to build a strong career. At first, I had plans to join either a government or a private college.
